Throughout the Week at New York restaurants, the Caribbean Fair, Award Luncheons, Rum and Rhythm^TM Benefit and Auction and at other locations, a selection of Celebrity Chefs will demonstrate their skills, appear in the media and give you a taste of top Caribbean cuisine.
